Please read out the security code with our update tool on our website via the USB cable and the robotic lawnmower. Instructions for connecting the software and the robotic lawnmower can be found on the website. Follow steps 1, 2 and 3 on the website. "Retrieve lost PIN code" appears in the bottom left-hand window. This will take you to the serial number and the "encrypted PIN code" (security key) of your robotic lawnmower.
